Pre-Information Form

This form informs the buyer before a contract is concluded, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Service

The name, scope, delivery schedule and price (all taxes included) of the service are as shown on the payment page, quote or order summary.

Price and payment

Prices are in Turkish Lira and include taxes. Payment is made by card via the 3D Secure infrastructure of a licensed payment institution or a contracted bank, or by bank transfer. Card data is never seen or stored by the seller.

Performance

Work starts after payment is confirmed and the buyer provides the required information and access. Security testing never starts without the buyer's written authorisation.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, by emailing info@akgunbilisimtr.com. Under Article 15 of the Regulation, this right does not apply to services whose performance started with the buyer's approval before the withdrawal period ended, to services tailored to the buyer's needs, or to services performed instantly online (e.g. domain registration).

Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Disputes

Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Türkiye within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
