Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER: the person who enters their name, email and phone on the payment page and accepts this agreement electronically.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations for services ordered and paid for via akgunbilisimtr.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service details

Type, scope, price, payment method and schedule are as shown on the payment page, quote or order summary, which form part of this agreement.

4. General terms

1. The buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form.
2. The seller performs the service with professional care and security standards.
3. The buyer provides required information, access and approvals on time.
4. Security testing is performed only on systems the buyer owns or is authorised to test, after a written scope and authorisation is signed.
5. The seller keeps buyer data confidential and uses it only to perform the service.
6. Unless agreed otherwise, source files of fully paid software and design work are delivered to the buyer.

5–6. Withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days, except for services started with the buyer's approval within that period, services tailored to the buyer's needs, and services performed instantly online.

7. Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of a valid withdrawal notice, to the original payment method. Partially performed services are refunded under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction.
