Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided by Oğuzhan Akgün — Akgün Bilişim as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), regarding personal data processed through akgunbilisimtr.com and the services offered.

Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number.
• Request data: the content of messages sent via the contact form, email or WhatsApp, and the service you are interested in.
• Customer transaction data: quotes, contracts, invoices and payment records (card data is never processed or stored by us).
• Security data: IP address, browser details, visit times, security logs.
• Analytics: site usage statistics via cookies, only with your consent.

Purposes

• Responding to your requests and preparing quotes,
• Concluding and performing service contracts, invoicing and payments,
• Complying with legal obligations (tax, commercial and consumer law),
• Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse and cyber attacks,
• With your consent, analysing site usage to improve services.

Legal bases

Data is collected electronically through forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, social media and cookies, and processed on the bases in Article 5 KVKK: performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent for analytics cookies.

Transfers

Data may be shared, limited to these purposes, with authorised public authorities, accountants and legal advisers, a licensed payment institution or contracted bank, and hosting and email providers. Where providers' servers are located abroad, transfers are made under the conditions of Article 9 KVKK.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for statutory retention periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Contact form records that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 2 years at the latest.

Your rights (Article 11 KVKK)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
