Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies together with the Distance Sales Agreement and does not remove your statutory rights.
Before work starts
If work has not started, you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.
After work starts
The statutory withdrawal right no longer applies, but in good faith the completed work is calculated by the quote's milestones, the remainder is refunded, and completed outputs are delivered to you.
Non-refundable
- Completed and delivered services,
- Registered domains and third-party fees paid (licences, hosting, ad budgets),
- The current month of monthly services already started.
Monthly services
Cancel with at least 7 days' written notice before the next period.
Process
Email info@akgunbilisimtr.com with your order details. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days; approved refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.
